ACCESSIBILITY
By car
Domaine Le Faulion is about 850 kilometres from Utrecht. Count on eight to nine hours of travel time. The most popular route is via Luxembourg and then follow the A31 and A6: Metz-Nancy-Dijon (Luxembourg can be reached via Maastricht-Liège or via Antwerp-Brussels).
After that, there are two options. You leave the A6 toll road at Beaune and drive via Autun to Cuzy in about an hour and a half: a scenic route that also takes you through the vineyards and offers increasing views of the Burgundian countryside. Alternatively, you can drive past Beaune and leave the toll road at Chalon-sur-Saône. This is slightly shorter but not a nice route in the dark. You will also pay a little more toll.
By train
You choose for The TGV (High Speed Train)? It stops at Gare du Creusot in Le Creusot (about a 40-minute drive from Cuzy). From Le Creusot, you can get to Luzy by SNCF train in about an hour. If necessary, I can pick you up (and return) there at an agreed time.
Airport
Lyon airport is the nearest airport. This is a bit more than two hours' drive from Cuzy.
